This group project involved designing a multi-page website for the North Lawndale Community Action Council (NLCAC), a community organization focused on empowering families, educators, and local stakeholders to improve educational opportunities in North Lawndale. Built using Lovable, the website creates a centralized online presence for sharing information about local schools, community initiatives, events, and educational resources. As the lead designer, I established the project’s visual identity and overall visual consistency, including the color palette, hand-designed logo and wordmark, typography, UI components, and page layouts. The identity was inspired by the values of the Council and the history of North Lawndale. I worked with the team to apply the visual system consistently throughout the website while incorporating client feedback, organization-provided content, and original photography.
